Sponsor Feedback and Sales Questions Do not Belong in this Forum!! 
Posts that lack technical merit and deal with customer service belong in the sponsor feedback section, not the technical forum. This includes issues involving shipping dates, shipping refunds, delivery dates, warranty policy, responding to e-mails / PMs / phone messages, etc.
If you get crappy service, post in the feedback forum; other buyers want to know before they committ their $$. Just keep your post factual, honest, and written in a non-vindictive manner. Please try hard to work out your issues before posting. No one maintains a cheerful attitude if they have been called out on the internet before they have spoken to you.
If you get great service from a sponsor, post it in the feedback forum. They like seeing it.
Post dealing with the performance characteristics of parts made or sold by sponsors belong in this forum.
