Sweet ownage... Z06... Viper... oh yeah Ever watch Seinfeld or Curb Your Enthusiasm? Know how it's all weird, and in the last five minutes it comes together and a funny way?
I left work at 5pm and jumped on Lake Shore Drive, weaved in and out of traffic like a jerk as I always do... Got off at Montrose...
Driving along, got Nickelback cranked cuz they are my favorite band right now...
Fah-whap, Fah-whap, Fah-whap, Fah-whap, Fah-whap
What the heck is wrong with the Z06? As I listen to this sound, idling at a light, I feverishly rack my brain... Broken valvespring? Serpentine belt came off and is hitting everything? DANG!
I know what it is!
I pulled over on this circular drive. Jumped out and looked under the car... NOTHING. Popped the hood and there it was, a Jewel (local supermarket chain) plastic bag getting shredded by my fans.
I smile. I look over at the street. Right then I see a nice red Viper convertible with 750 HP decals on it at the light. The guy looks over at me. I look up at the sky.
OWNED by a plastic bag!

I'm sure the Viper guy was like "Hmmm, I heard those Z06's were unreliable, heck look at that guy over there, he's got the hood up and he's all dirty from trying to fix it."
I got most of the bag out, but it continued to make that noise for 4-5 blocks. I heard a little kid say "Ooh look a Corvette... but daddy, what's wrong with it?"
