Default Where to get adapter for mech oil sending unit

I am building a cast iron 6.0l I will be running a mech oil guage on it. I checked at Oreilly's for the adapter to go from metric hole in the block to the fitting for the oil line and cannot find one. Anyone else ever do this. Where did you get the part from? Thanks in advance for the help.

Can't you T into the fitting on the top of the block where the sensor goes? Or tap your own thread into the area above the oil filter?

If you are talking about the hole in the top of the block at the rear where the oil pressure sender is on the aluminum block, *non-sponsor* sells an pack of adapters for ......... - you want M16x1.5, I think, to 1/8" NPT most likely.

I really don't like mechanical oil pressure
gauge setups, especially ones run with
cheap-*** poly line. Just a little chafing
or too high a temp and you've got a whole
new color of floor mat and a lot less oil.
