In a recent article in GM High Tec Performance, they did a racetronix plug & play new fuel pump. They said the stock pump is good to 100rwhp over stock.

Good info!

How would you know when you reached the limit of the stock pump?

I would not wait for signs. Change it after H/C set up.

I am running the stock pump with 60# injectors and I have made 476 RWHP and 430 RWT and am still getting it all dialed in. How would a Racetronic Pump help me? Would I pick up power? My AFR's are good. Is it a safety thing or will it actually run better?
