Flywheel holes dont align need input...

Flywheel holes dont align need input... Anyone have any idea. I bought the LS6 kit from SDPC PN 12570806, the upgrade for ls1 kit. The flywheel has the holes, and then the one empty hole. When put on the car and with the empty hole (the 2 mounting holes with one hole close inbetween) lined up with the empty hole on the car, the rest of the holes dont line up. Now when you turn it it clockwise, we then could get all the bolts in. Should I continue? Is this the wrong flywheel? Reprocusions? Thanks,
