Swapping intake questions...

Swapping intake questions... My dad has a 2004 GTO, and a 2000 Corvette. The Gto is more his daily car than anything. He was going to buy a LS6 intake, but I came up with the idea of swapping intakes on the two cars. 
I presume I'll still need the crossover tube and plug kit for a ls6 intake install, or is that somthing I can just swap from the GTO, or what? Let me know if there would be any other problems....

keep checkin the for sale forums. somtimes you can get them cheaper than that. anyways, it might throw off the GTO's performance b/c they are tuned for the LS6 intake, not the LS1. I never heard anyone trying this though. let us know what he decides
