Stereo & Electronics - who like my new door enclosers

was dissappointed in SQ / just doors so I made door enclosers (/ t-shirt cotton & fiberglass rosin a little glass mat on bottom) DAM what a differnce in SQ.

the encloser is small maybe 1/8 cubic foot I guess (never measured it's area) it's 2 1/2" back form inside of door and 6 3/4" round.

I welcome thoughts & comments.

bad idea... based on your measurements, your enclosures are about .05 cu ft. That is way, way too small. Have you installed and listened to them yet ? I'm willing to bet that your bass output is doing to be drasticly lower, and your midrance is going to have a nasty resonance.

yes Mike I've listened to them just in door sounded OK, but / incloseres they sound great at any volume plenty of bass & mids. no nasty resonance.

Mike add the plastic GM ring to you're incloser size calculation worth about 1.25"

I know it's small it also protectes the spx from moisture.
