Florida Members - Glades Meet?????

I have seen prob around 8 fbodies and a few vettes at the meet on glades are any of you guys on this forum?? Post up if you are or know anyone that is.

I used to go around to the meets but I sold my car and havent really had anytime to go out.I had a 97 ws6, but hopefully ill get another fbody and or a corvette and get back into the game but this time with an LS1.

My friend drives a red 93 t/a and he usually goes with another friend of ours in a red lightning. ill be out there with mine sometime too. but i havent been goin to many meets around here due to all the morons who think theyre professional stunt drivers. and undercover cops too. its nuts.

last monday I was across the street at walgreens and saw the cops shut it down anyone do anything stupid?

There is a good meet I know of a little north of Glades, I think it is off Atlantic Ave. The meet is called Zio's. Ive seen some large turnouts there and great place to run! Wide open roads...wont say specifically what roads, just go to the meet and find out. Last I remember it is Monday nights.

I heard a guy in an F-250 all worked was screwin with a zo6, zo6 guned it at a light and threw a belt and pulled over. All the folks following him pulled over to see what happened. The truck came back and turned out to be an undercover, a bunch of cops came out and started arresting and ticketing the guys who pulled over. My friend in the red lt1 was tellin me about it, apparently he wasnt far behind just never pulled over.

haha,, im pretty sure ur talking about my freind in his vette (not Z06) it was on 441 on monday right? he blew his belt off (its supercharged) and 4 or 5 of us pulled over to see hat happened and thent eh cops cam and made us go throught he whole "cop thing" running our plates, accusing us of stuff, runnign our licenses, they had us there for like almost 2 hours then they let us go, they even called 2 kids under 18s parents to pick them up, no one was racing and no one was arrested.......

Hey guys, Ya, I'm usually out there but havent been in about 2 weeks. I usually ride with my bro in his PTE 67 mm single turbo supra but hes in school so the other times I'll go with my buddy whos got a 90 TT 300ZX. And we usually meet up with my buddy whos gotta Whippled Sonic blue 03 cobra. I'll be out there soon enough as soon as my search is up for my SS. See ya guys out there.

P.S. I also go to this other meet out in coconut creek at the 50's style Mcdonalds on 441 and Sample I think. Theres alota imports but they actually put down some good power and couple a domestics out there that are pretty nice.

Well I might be out there a bit more frequently now, so if you see my car, just stop over and say whats up.

tell me about it this rain sux. i went and filled my bike up with gas and just as i left started raining. No i would run all motor i only spray if im running a viper or something crazy. I dont spray on people to make them look bad if i think im going to win or even if it will be a close race then i dont touch it. Except on the cobras out there i dont trust any of them.

i beat him by more then a car back when i first raced him and he had headers and i didnt, but there was a something with his car, but then again my car with lid, cat-bat, PTB, and PMAF has 330RW, factory freaks rule

you guys seen that stock 05 or 06 GT stang on mondays that is like a blue color...all the chick who owns it has is a healthy shot of juice and it pulled like a fuckin raped ape....so, a bolt on tuned LS1 should HAUL....
I plan on throwing some N20 in when i build the forged 402 which by the way isnt THAT fay away...id say 6 months...then we'll all run :)
