Im pretty sure that SLP doesnt make/sell the valance anymore and the only place ive seen them is E-bay for outragous amounts, Ive been looking but havent had any luck so far

The quad tip exhaust system with the valance is no longer being produced or sold by any company. As mentioned above you'll have to buy one, usually on ebay, or as a used set.
You'll have better luck in getting one of these systems because they'll sell at a cheaper price than the centermount exhaust systems with the dual tips. They usually run $300 for the valance and the tips.
