To sell or not to sell
That is the question. I am kinda bored with the car and would like to have a Vette. But then I would have a stock Corvette vs 9 sec Camaro. I dont know, tough decision

only you will know the answer to this one.
1. Do you drive/enjoy the Camaro enough? If not, that is probably the cause of the boredom. Looks like a track only type car right now.
2. Corvette would be nice for pimp factor, and a stock Z06 would still have respectable performance.

I am not the original owner, I have actually only had it for about 9 months I got it with a blown motor, now it has new EVERYTHING and ran a 6.2 on its only pass on a full bottle on a consevative tune, footbraking on a transmission that was going out(now has new tranny with brake). It actually doesnt drive bad but it is more of a drag car than anything.

You strike me as the type who is more in to the building and developent of a project. It looks like you completed this one, and now you don't have anything to do but drive it. However if you sell it. You will probably loose some serious cash. If you can afford keep and get a new project car. Regardless I love the car. Very clean. Good luck.

get it running and make a few passes, then see what you think.
Its a VERY nice car from my inspections when I was down at SQR. Though I liked the fikses on it more than the bogards, it still a nice ride.
But like Nine Ball said, only you can make the decision on it.
I'll say that when I sold my 408 car I lost a part of me, I bought a crewcab z71 and the fun factor of driving is no more. I rode in my cousins stock 06 powerstroke tonight and it was the most "ooomph" i've felt in 6 months or so. I guess with the vette you'll still have somethign quick, especially with the Z06 (if you go that route), but you'll end up missing the power that you have now in some form i presume.
Its only your choice, no one else can make it for you. I had tons of people telling me to NOT sell mine, but in the end, it was my own decision to do so.

hmm it is your decision to make. I had a car that I worked on constently and in racing something is always breaking or needing upgraded. So for me it was either go get a Z06 and have fun factor on the street or have the drag car. Well I got rid of the SS and got the Z06, then I wanted luxury and fast so had to go to the CTS-V with 100shot. So it really is up to what you want out of a car really.
