Default What about this

I ask a question a while back about H/C packages on a supercharged SS. I was told I needed a new bottom end assembly, but unfortantly I can swing that kind of money right now. I did find this kit though LS6 stage 2 heads, Patroit stainless valves, bronze guides, Patroit gold .650" dual springs, titanium retainers, 5 angle valve job, Patroit cam shaft an shaft mounted roller rockers. Cam specs are 226/226 dur @ .050 .585/.585 lift 112 LSA. I can afford to get this kit now but should I or just keep saving the money for the rotating assembly? The car is a 98 SS with a Vortech G trim charger with about 68,500 on the clock. The charger is making 6 psi right now.
Thanks
Travis

Personally, I would just up the boost to 8 psi for now, and keep saving your money. Heads and cam on top of boost and a stock bottom end usually doesn't hold up. Bob
