Default Please help, can i run 5/16 spacer with prostars?

Im running a 15x10 prostar with a 26x10 et drag. If i run the arp half inch longer studs is okay to run the spacer? If so has anyone run really fast with that setup with no problems? Also do i still need to grind off the bump stop mount? Thanks alot.

I have a buddy with a Fox body and he is using a spacer with ARP studs. He's running 6.1x's cutting 1.30 ft's with no problems.

So yes it has been done before and I've never read about anyone running into problems with the bumpstop

You should be ok as long as you run the longer studs. What backspacing is the wheel? 7.5? With a 26" tire you shouldn't have to touch the bumpstop.
