Had the same problem as well, I think it was the racing gas that I had been using off and on for a couple of years, It glazed the cats. Simple way out is by punching out the cats and getting sims or just deleting them. Just my 2 cents

LOL @ car catching bird flu....
Must have been the 350z that gave it to you...
it's O2's or a bad cat...

Thats the downstream O2 seeing if the converter is working properly thats what its there for.How many miles on the car?Possible your converter is starting to used its life up or starting to plug up.
But just like Chad said punch em out and use some sims until smog time

Why are you guys running race gas? Are you running like 200 + shots of nitrous or bad tuning or what? I run 11.5:1 compression and a 150 shot without needing race gas (no detonation). I also don't get any better times by running it. Of course, my car is tuned for nitrous. I just hate to see you all waste your money on race fuel if you don't need it.
As far as your code: I would replace the back right O2 sensor and see what happens.
