Cool Pix of 17x9.5 & 17x11 gunmetal ZR1's on my 2002 SOM Z28

I got the car a little over a month ago, and so far I picked up a used Whisper lid w/ K&N, Pro 5.0 shifter, removed gray grill insert, and the newest addition gunmetal ZR1's with polished lip, 17x9.5 / 17x11 with 275/40's and 315/35's. A few of us locals are supposed to have a "real" photo shoot next weekend, so I hope to have better quality pics soon.

Gotta love SOM - almost looks like 3 different cars depending on lighting! Next mods are most likely going to be lowering and catback.

I hear that. Believe me, I have gotten COUNTLESS compliments on how well the gunmetal looks on SOM, but of course every single one of those comments was followed by another one asking about my Rancho suspension LOL.

I got those comments too...especially when I gutted my front end. Nothing the heater hose mod and some adjustable front coilovers didn't fix.

Great looking car, I love it. I just got the same size tires and wheels on my 98 black Z and I completely love them. keep up the good work.

Now that's a sick looking car....nice work. Once you get that thing dropped it's going to look mean as hell.

Agree. Looks nice.

I wouldn't drop it more than 1"-1.5". Just from a praticality standpoint. You don't want to constantly be hitting the chin draft, nose, exhaust, etc. on everything.

That is badass, I seem to like the gunmetal ZR1s better than the black, nice choice.

Yeah that was at East York Sheetz last weekend haha. I will be out there again tonight.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. When I lower it, I don't want to slam it or anything. I am all about a balance of making it look awesome and performing as well as being functional and practical.
