please post pictures of your cutouts. im trying to decide where to put mine. preferably cutouts on stockish systems

Oh and I put mine on the I pipe under the rear passenger seat. There is a sopt there that GM made for that. Didne see the point of having 2. Just me though.

Here's my QTP manual cutout, it's under the passenger's side seat, it's the perfect place.

that place seems to be the best place i think ill put mine there. dont i need to let it face just a little down so it dosnt superheat the body? are you guys able to but the lid on without having to jacl the car up?

I have my cutout under the rear passenger seat just like the ^^^ pictures and it doesnt heat up my car and i can put the lid on with jacking up the car.

Yep, you can put the lid on without jacking up the car, you just have to reach one arm under the car. Mine doesnt heat up the body so I would face it just like mine, but not any higher up. This probley also cuts down on the interior rumbling when you hit the gas

When I get my set up done(LT's, ORY, Stock Cat abck with tips) Im going to throw a single electric cut out at the end of the Y-pipe right before it meets the catback, Get the best of both worlds, Quiet comming home at 2am(damn neighbours lol) Ground shaking for those nights out cruising !

When I have my cutout open it heats up my backseats and you can smell it burning. It is not pointed up it is pointed to the side. I wish they would have pointed it down when they installed it.

I know some people put it right before the muffler after the pipe goes over the axle. there is a pic of that in the mod guide sticky i think. I would think this might be better because you would keep more back pressure. It would be like deleting the muffler. What do you guys think?
