You will get around the same gains with any LT header. Probably around 3 tenths off your E.T. QTP's are said to be awesome, do a search. There is a lot of information on these headers.
They are stainless so they are going to outlast the life of your car. So, worth it you ask? I think so.

It really depends on how long your planning to keep the car. Me personally I usually go through a car every 2-4 years so why spend double the price on something thats going to outlive me? ITS POINTLESS for me, I would say just get some pacesetters unless your car is a show car with really low miles but thats just me
