1000rwhp single turbo formula 'street car' *update*
thank GOD the car is fixed!
video to come!
the big problem ive had since november turned out to be the bs3 box thinking top dead center was in a different place than it actually was... by 23*
the graph is SAE and 91* air, 22psi boost, 1/8th tank of 93 and 2 gallons of 110, and of course the meth (single 625 snow nozzle)
i couldn't grow the boost any more because it had a 10psi spring in the gate

Umm, excuse me but I think you're 5 hp short of the 1,000 mark. I "only" see 995.
j/k Awesome numbers. I can even imagine that kind of power, not to mention in a street car on top of it. Can't wait to see some videos. What clutch are you using to hold all that power?

its a spec 5
i was under the impression that i wouldnt not have to reconfigure this 'cop' part of bs3 after the engine blew up last fall because i was reusing the same crank, and that this offset number was set based on the position of tdc relative to the next falling edge after tdc on the crank reluctor.
since i thought none of that changed, i never touched it... i guess it did change somehow. by a lot!
i would think a 150 trap would be in order on this boost.. times.. well thats up to the tires and my unwillingness to break it this year. stay tuned.
ya like i said i need to work on dropping the timing mid range to get more spool, i have much more timing mid range than i used to and while helping throttle response it is hurting spool. the larger gate spring should help too.
