98 Kawasaki Ninja 500ccvs. 00 z28/cutout. 0-120 me vs. the peace of **** 500 ccninja with a terrible driver who has never launched a bike before.
I wouldn't be posting this but the guy wants to bet a $100 buks. im pretty confdent that I can wax his **** because he has never launched a bike but i need some opinions.

Time and time again we get to read these "motorcycle posts...
do some research on any bike race. Like was said the EX500 is the weeniest bike Kawasaki makes, and I ahve never owned anything other than Kawasaki's including my current ride a ZX10R.
That bike would be like racing a scooter. I ran one in my old L98 formula and made him look like he was on a skateboard. Dont waste you time or gas, but if you want a easy $100 then make sure it is paid up front as this will be the hustle of the year if the bike owner comes thru and races you.

dude i raced an 05 500 suzuki and walked him by alot put it this way a friend raced him in a single cab dodge hemi with 33s on it andexhaust from a 35 and the bike beat it bye about 2 cars so i dont think you have anything to worry about hold on when i figure out how to work the camera ill posta vid

Ran him tonight. Went to a farm rd outside town. Homeboy was talking mad **** the whole time. He was out there with his biker buddies who actually had real bikes like new r1's and stuff. Cool bikes but stupid riders...they were talking **** too. "Your stock z28 is an auto you gonna get eaten up on the top end." "its not even a ss" (hehe) blah blah.
After 15 minutes of **** shooting we line up. One of the homeboy flags us off and we go. Thanks to my 3.08 open gears and stock converter I get a lame lauch but at the same time minimal tire spin untill 4k rpms. After I hit second and the car balances out I look to my left, no lights, look in my mirror and I see a light about 3 car lenghts behind me. By the end of 3rd It seem like multple buss lenghts and and I shut her down before 100mph.
Then evil kenevil wants to go from a roll. We go from 20,40, 60 rolls. Each times I pull 2-3 cars on him by 100 easily.
We pull over. "oh man I only got 50 buks, sorry"
Ok whatever man I would have sauced your **** for free but thanks.
then homebody with the 05 R1 says you think your fast then run me.
I reasured him he would have no problem beating me but he insisted.
We line up. Get flaged off...through first gear were even cause hes an idiot. then his bike cleans up his mess and he begins to pull me violenty. suddenly at around 70mph i begin to gain on him very rapidly and i see no brake lights so im confused. I blow by him and stop.
Turns out the idiot ran out of gas. They ask for my help but I tell them im late for a booty call and throw them the dueces.

If this Kawasaki 500 is any equivelant to Suzuki's GS 500, take his $. I ran a GS from a dig a couple years back in a stock 3:08 geared 87 Mustang GT conv. 5 speed. He left me out of the hole, then the 14.7 @ 93 mph Mustang drove back around him at about 80 mph.

My first bike was a Kwak 500. They do not deserve to be called ninjas. It's the same motor design for about the past 10 years which is a 2 cylinder POS which as mentioned is NOTHING in comparison to a 600. The 600's are 4 cylinder and a **** ton faster. That's hilarious that the jackass in the R1 ran out of gas. It's good that he did or he would've just kept pulling on you all the way to 180 or so.
