Default Tracks in San Antonio?

I love HRP, but it's about a 200 mile hike from where I'm at in Austin. I want to hit up a track closer to home. Some of the locals have mentioned a place called Seguin, but I can't find it online. Is this the same place as San Antonio Raceway? I notice that it's right next to the city of Seguin.

Thanks!

Thanks! How does it compare to HRP? I know the elevation is about 600 feet higher.

No track in Texas compares to HRP but it is still a good track. Traction depends on the level of the event you are running.

I figured as much. I'm talking about plain old weekly test-and-tune events, so I hope traction is pretty decent.

SAR does not compare to HRP in the least.

I frequent both tracks.. SAR is outside of seguin off of i10.

I agree. I've only been out to HRP once though. But i will tell you this. . . SAR is way better than Alamo Dragway was. That track was horrible.

I hear nothing but good things about SAR, unlike Temple Academy Raceway.
