Default Ram HD Clutch Wont go in Gear

I installed a new Ram HD clutch and a camshaft. Now I shift the car (or try to) at approx. 6400. Trans will not go in gear over 5800 shifts. I am thinking the stock slave cylinder (99 TA) is not strong enough for the clutch set up. I have purchased the factory upgraded slave unit. Need input!!!

slave cylinder and drill mod will help but if you didnt use the shim with the clutch that is your problem. if so look to an adjustable master cylinder because i had the same problem and the adjustable master works great and fixed the problem. i bought 3 dollars worth of parts from the hardware store and biult my own master cylinder. let me know if you need more help because i just did two cars thaqt had the problem and they are fine know.
