Question hard shifting from first to second
hey guys, i just got into this sight... but anyway, my 02 camaro z automatic seems to really shift hard into second when racing... the only mod I have is an FIPK K&N... The engine really makes a harsh noise when its dropping the RPMs from first to second... is this normal?

The hard shift is normal, you want a hard shift at wot.

But the noise, I don't know...what kind of noise?

idk i cant explain it really, almost sounds like the engine blows every time it shifts like that, scared the **** out of me the first few times
