Default FAST/NW 90 good for 800 rwhp?

I want to know that the FAST/NW 90/90 combo is worth it to support over 800 rwhp and F.I.? If not then what do you suggest?

Depends, what sort of setup are you talking about, in terms of FI and cc of the engine?

Many people have made excerlent numbers with the LS6 intake and ported TB. However the FAST 90/90 is superior, but it all depends on your goals and how much HP you think you'll gain. Typically on a n/a setup the FAST 90/90 will release 20rwhp or so, but on a 800rwhp setup does even 40-50rwhp difference really make many odds?

You might get more response from the FI forum, but you'll need to include a lot more info about the proposed setup.

i've heard "on here" that a few with the fast have burst the fast under pretty high boost.but the fast or the ls6 is more than capable of that with f/i .

Have a word with Mightymouse and see what intake they are running, pretty sure they are pushing 1000rwhp on a single setup. A sheet metal intake may be an option also, ETP have a new intake on its way and there's a place in the UK that custom makes some really nice units with individual runnners. But they are both pricey ~$2500-3500, but if you plan on 800rwhp you'll be used to spending plenty of $$$$ any how

EDIT:

If it where me and I already had a LS6 intake, I'd just port the TB and see if I could make the numbers I wanted. If you do make the desired rwhp you won't have to worry about changing the manifold.

Go with a carb style. Flows better and definitely stronger.

I'd go with a sheetmetal intake and a NW90 for that kind of power and setup.

I am still trying to do a compro between a carb style and fast and lls6. But ran out of time but as far as the 90/90 and the ls6 In my book 90/90 hands down more response and it just pulled harder. Near the top with the ls6 seems to nose the car over a little but with the fast it just pulled untill I let out due to no tune. But I bet its hp in there over the ls6 but how much I dunno/ Carb style will not out flow a 90/90 but has better distro of air wich equals better tune and longer life my 1.50$
