Was in the same boat a couple of months ago.. keep an eye on car-part.com for the oil pan and one should turn up sooner or later. Got mine for $100 shipped. Between here & Ebay you should be able to find the injectors at a decent price- keep in mind some OEM ones are rated at 28#- not much smaller. You should be more specific on the headers- blockhugger/short/mid/long, etc.
