Hey guys I know you are going to hate me for this because I had got my 04' Cobra for free. But there is this 02 Black WS6 this kid had got. Well I guess him and his friends thought it would be funny to throw a pair of slicks on it rev it up to 5500 and launch. Well things didnt go to well. First of all the stock 10 bolt gave out, and second they told me that he mishifted 2nd gear very bad and that the motor is knocking now. Well I looked at it and it is knocking loudly and the car goes in gear but hardly moves and rearend is making a weird noise. Well this dumbass calls the GM dealer to get prices to fix the rearend and engine, and they tell him $13,500. :jest: So I talk to his angry parents and they said they would let it go for only $3000. Think I should get it? It only has 36,000 miles on it and is in mint condition. Exterior and interior are in good condition. I found a used 10-bolt with tcs for only $250 also. Probably can find a good used longblock for around $2000 im guessing. What do you guys think???

Put a new rear in it and new pushrods and I am sure you will be back in business. Great buy!

You can make some money on that car. It would be a killer daily beater as well.
Nice steal. :secret2: ~Joshua

Im going to keep it. I'm now planning on putting a built motor in it. Love how the Cam'd LS1's sound. Ill probably try to get this 10-bolt I bought built somewhere also. So it can at least handle 500rwhp easily.

I wouldn't even bother building up a 10 bolt. It's still only going to handle so much.

yea if your keeping the car get rid of the 10 bolt fast.....waste of money. Thats an awesome deal though! Have fun with the car!
