Default prostar owner inside please

i just recieved my weld prostar skinnies and noticed that the two halves of the star are not welded at the seam is this normal? what i mean is that the two halves of the star on the spoke part have a small gap in them like they forgot to weld them. The seam is very tight at the spot where they meet the dish but not towards the center does any one have a close up pic of their prostrs cause i dont want to mount if they are not safe.

Yea, they're made that way. Once you tighten the lugnuts the two halves will compress. There is a spacer/shim of some kind between the two halves as well.

Yea, once the two halves are compressed, they look like one solid piece.
