lots - o - knock just had cam installed with dual springs. cam install went ok and has good valve clearence. when car gets up to temp all sounds good, but as soon as i start to drive i get lots of noise. sounds like a loud knock. why would the noise only be there when the engine is up to temp. and what could it be?
