Default First and Only Run on 315 Hoosier Dragradials

First of all...These suckers hook!
These are the 315/35/17s that I've had on the car for a few weeks now. I'd played a little on the street with them and they hooked up really well w/o warming them up.

Went to the track tonight, it was the prostreet shootout night so it was pretty crowded, and I didn't make it to the track til about 9pm. I had 18 lbs of air in the 315 hoosiers mounted on chrome zr1s (same setup as sig pic) with the front 17x9s on (no skinnies).
Weather had cooled to around 80* outside when I made my one and only pass. Did a 2nd gear burnout for about 7-8 seconds... Launched around 2500 off the footbrake, the car dead hooked outta the hole and cut a 1.70 60', netting a 11.72@116.7

This was just .01 slower ET and .2 slower MPH than the last time out in 100* weather, with skinnies and m/t et street radials on stock wheels.

I only got that one run in due to rain coming in around 11, and a prostreeter breaking and shutting down the track for a while.

Overall I'm very happy with the tires though, they hooked up great for a first pass.
Now I need to get my hands on a body mount torque arm, a beefier rear sway bar, and maybe ditch the front swaybar. I know these tires are good for a low 1.6 or better 60' with the right suspension setup, but they hooked great for a car with DMS springs, bilstein shocks, and lcas. Definitely worth looking into!

Sounds good, I still think that with a 1.70 60' you should have netted a better et. Something like an 11.4 for the mods you have. Your suspension is fine too because you were hooking just fine.

Who sells the hoosiers and can we get a link? Have you driven them in the rain, and how do they do if you have? Also, what do you guys with DR's run for the front tires (normal size, not skinnies)? Sorry for all the questions, but I will have to have my tires replaced before I go home and want some DR's.

Thanks guys.
I'm hoping once the weather cools to below 50 degrees out it'll turn something closer to a 11.3 or 11.4. My ultimate goal with the car is to do a few things and run it next march and hit a 10.999 n/a on these wheels & tires...we'll see how close I can get.
For the fronts I'm just using some firestone sz50 radials, drag radials dont care whats up front, I've just heard it's not wise to mix bias and nonbias ply tires
