not bad, for the ags, i was kinda worried going into halftime, i knew they were gonna win, but the stats for yardage was equal. but i'm glad to see them have a pretty balanced attack at the end of the game.

the 2 fumbles by goodson was pretty pathetic, but its his first college game, and he was having problems with it in practices as well.

i hate how 95% of the "good" teams start off playing high school teams. hats off to tenn. for scheduling(and whooping) a top ten team, and also FSU and MIA for going at it.

It isnt always like that. Texas is playing OSU, A&M played Notre Dame and Clemson recently and is scheduled to play Miami next year, Tech has been known for always starting with cupcakes.

Schedules are set years in advance. Most early games are big income boosters for the "little" guys. Programs like UNT can use that cash to build a program and succeed where it matters to them....conference play. Is #1 vs #2 next week considered too soft fot ya? Hook 'em baby!

I think Texas might get handled next week. I think the Buckeye defense will rattle McCoy in his 2nd start while OSU's Smith plays a solid game. But if Texas wins next week odds are they will play in the title game...

I dunno, prob similar to A&M did considering the scores. I think A&M will improve game by game.

I think McCoy looked pretty composed even though UNT wasnt pressuring him that bad. I also think it can go either way and will probably come down to the home field advantage. I wasnt too impressed with our defense and coverage in the secondary to tell you the truth. I see UT scoring about 28 points give or take a few. Itll be interesting to see if we can hold the best QB in the country to 20 or so.
