should i get them powder coated/painted black, or leave them the way they are?

Leave them. In my humble (and likely unpopular) opinion, black wheels are a fad that will pass in a few years. I personally can't stand the way most colors look with them.

The Z06 wheel has a very handsome design. I would just leave them as they are.

I don't know. I would leave them but you could always just do the centers and leave the lip polished.
