Fueling & Injection - leaky or stuck injector?

All of a sudden my car is not running right, it idles rougher then normal, seems to have little power down low, but once it gets reved up to 4k or so it seems to come alive and return to full power. I pulled all the spark plugs today and 7 of them were dry, 1 was soaked with fuel, cylinder #1. Cars mods are cam, springs, pushrods, pullie, headers, etc. Car was flawless up until this. If I quickly rev it up to 4 or 5k, it will come down, stumble and stall, and I do hear a minor backfire when shifting (m6). Could this be a stuck or sticking injector? I put a stethoscope on all of them and the #1 sounds pretty much like the others at idle.

It could be a sticky or open inj. I would think you would be getting a code from either.

Was the #1 plug broken? Try new plugs and try swapping a wire from another clylinder to that one.
