Default How's this cam for FI?

I currently have a set of AFR 205's w/ 66 cc combustion chamber and a comp cam w/ the following specs:

228/230 @.050, .588/.590 lift on a 112 lsa. I also have an LSX intake w/ 90mm tb. I have always planned on adding a procharger at a later date. right now I am just researching everything so a year from now when I am ready to buy I can make an informed purchase. My goal is to have a weekend driver that will go mid to high 10's at the track. I currently make 425 rwhp and 400 rwtq. I also have after market chromoly adjustable panhard, t/a, and lca's, and a set of sfcs. Along with the suspension upgrades I added a Moser 12 bolt w/ 33 spline axles, eaton posi, 3.73 gear w/ an M6 w/ Spec 3 clutch and 3.5" chromoly drive shaft.

After all that other stuff being said... how will that cam work for an FI set up?

You will have to spin the blower a little faster due to valve overlap to make good boost, but your camshaft will work. Bob

I agree with Bob. We did a car that had a close setup with a P1.With only 2lbs of boost at 6600rpm it made 540rwhp.Upped the pulley to 4lbs and make 600rwhp.

I would like to make 600 rwhp, but would be more than happy with any number 550 and above. I didn't even think of the overlap. I would loose boost because the exhaust valves are open slightly at the same time as the intake valves. So if I wanted to make about 6 lbs of boost with my current cam, would I have to go with a pully that makes 10 or 12 lbs of boost on a cam that has no overlap?
