man no bullshit if u want somewhere that will "look the other way" ...go to the ghetto thats where i took my vette when i was in HS there are a few places off aldine bender. You might be the only one that speaks english but they will put a sticker on as long as you have cash

Yeah, its all about who had the "Troppers" pop in on them last. They (State Troppers) Come in and watch them do an inspection, and then the inspectors start looking for everything after that.
