Default Pic request:Pewter z28 w/painted roof and mirrors?

I'm picking up a 99 SS pewter and it has a rear bumper imperfection I'm going to have fixed. Thinking of having the roof and mirrors painted at the same time just wondering how it looked. The car is a hard top, so I am thinking of just doing the mirrors too....

I would definetly do the mirrors (did it on my car, see sig) but I would only do the roof if it was a t-top car, and maybe not even then...

Thanks! Yeah guys I don't know yet, think I'm pretty much for sure going to do the mirrors I'm going to have to think about the roof. My 93 Purple pearl TA had the painted hardtop and it looked good but I'm not sure it fits as well on the pewter camaro SS.....

Nice ride! If I had t-tops I think I'd go that way for sure! Not sure on the hardtop car though.

Nothing wrong with SS wheels I'm probably going to run those on my vert if I keep it!

You KNOW your car is money, in fact I have the halos and grill on my vert and wasn't sure if I wanted to run them on the SS but seeing your car was it they are ordered

Those FM10's on the pewter are SWEET!

but if you get it done professionally without the hookup youd probably be looking at 500-1000 for mirrors and roof...paint is f'n rediculous, glad i got the hookup!

Thanks, there are many things that I want to do to it cosmetically but I NEED to get my 408 in it first. I am hoping to have it back at the house by Christmas for when I come home for vacation. I cant decide if I want to keep the exterior looking pretty stock or put some stripes on it. I like the painted section as it reminds me of the 3rd gen that is painted. Something different from most guys I guess.

I like the painted roof and mirrors. If you don't want to paint the roof at least do the mirrors.

I was talkin to a friend of mine that works at a shop about painting the mirrors and top and he quoted around $225. It depends on where you go I guess Try and find a friend of a friend that paints haha

Or just find a wrecked LPM car and jack the mirrors off of it
