Appearance & Detailing - Changing headlights

Im thinking about getting the blacked out halos for my car. My questions is has anyone had any problems with moistre or water leaks with them? Did you guys just throw them in or did put more sealing over them. I already have the black turn signal lights and they are nice. I did put seal over them and on rainy days I have some fog in them but it goes away. Just wanted to see what you guys did with the headlights. Thanks.. Ill post some pics of the turn signals soon

I received mine in the mail, and I put them straight on the car. If it'll make you feel better. Go ahead a put a little extra sealant on them before you install them.
