Unconfirmed Private Message Receipts

Unconfirmed Private Message Receipts I've noticed that when I pm an admin, mod or even members at times it seems that they never open messages. Why? If I don't get a reply from a member not a huge deal but the others I just have to say WTF! Am I being ignored or are my concerns for the well being of this site just not a concern to them!
Sorry to vent but I keep seeing these unconfirmed messages when I check in and would like to know what the problem is. Vince.

I noticed the same thing. Everytime I PM'd a Mod or Admin it NEVER shows read, and they never answer back. However, the problems were resolved so I know they got the PM's and that is all that really matters to me!

If the person has their popup blocker active, its pretty likely you won't get the receipt. Don't ask me why, but the vBulletin folks wrote it to use a popup to send the receipt. Its been fixed in a newer version that we'll be moving to eventually
