Default A few new pics under the hood *DUW*

I was out snapping pics today and took a few of the engine bay since I've made a few changes recently.

After thinking about it I decided the lower airbox should be gloss black again, so now it is! (used to be red)

Also, I polished the AC Condensor (I know its not perfect but I only had up to 1000 grit sandpaper to work with it will be touched up) I also painted the front bumper support pieces black.

And last but most certainly not least my silver LS6 intake will be going on as soon as I get the knock sensors!

Anyway, enjoy! and please constructive comments are more than welcome!!

Looks way way way better as black. Keep up the good work.

I have an LS6 intake sitting in my room that needs to be painted. Any advice for someone with no painting experience?

Follow parbreaks sticky about painting plastic and be prepared for about 100x more work in the prep than the actual paint. I probably put close to 50 hours into prepping my LS6 intake, but it turned out good! I can't wait to put it on!!!

Yea I ditched the EGR when I got the headers (Race style) and my new ls6 intake doesnt even have EGR provisions so it will be even better! No more freeze plug!
