A guy on corvetteforum.com did a KB on a 402. Check out the C5 forced induction forum, search for user AMERICAN HP. There's a few long threads that follow the build and results.

I've got that same motor. Was going to boost it this year but I'm waiting till next. I run 11.94:1 so my plan was to run some LQ9 truck heads with a mild clean up. I don't see any point in running super dollar heads on a boosted car. Unless of course you are trying to squeeze every ounce out of it an money is not an object. Change out the Texas Giant for a 224 and give her all the boost I can make. With the -2cc pistons you want to move into around a 74cc head. There are other variables, which you prolly know, but this is my plan on my motor. Individual results may vary

Well over 800/800 with the smoothest most insane torque curve ever and equally insane hp curve. I forgot his exact numbers.

It's over 1000/1000 at the crank he said

He has 800lbs of torque @ 2k. Hp NEVER STOPS the incline... it's insane

On that motor, we put it at about 9.5 to 1 on the compression and used a 230-234 116 camshaft with AFR 225 heads. The rest was boost and tuning.

You can buy ported PP 6L heads (72cc) for about 1200 bucks with upgraded valves. Great value and 30 plus cfm at .600 lift.

Depends on what heads you have now, seeing as how you didn't say. Most likely they will lower your compression. 72cc chamber are probably some of the largest you can get without specifically asking for larger.
