10 spoke SS wheel Weight?
How much do the chrome 10 spoke wheels weigh a piece? Is there a huge different between painted and chrome?
Reason I am asking is ever since I switched to the TT2's my times have slowed and my dyno numbers are lower and want to get a set of 10 spokes again for track duty and if i just want alittle extra power. Thanks in advance.

The ten spokes will definitely help in reducing weight. I'm pretty sure the chrome ten spokes weight at least 2-3 lbs. more than just painted. I sold a painted set that I had stripped of the paint on the face and they weighed in at about 20 lbs. a piece, which is what most lightweight aftermarket rims weigh.
Also if you went with 17x11 on the back the 315/35/17 tire will slow you down quite a bit. Yeah, they look mean as hell, but they don't do crap for you.

Thanks for the response, ya I bought the 11 inch TT2's for looks and they sure do look great but they slowed my car down noticably and want to get some of my power back. Before the TT2's i dynoed right at 343rwhp, put the TT2's on and went back to tune on the car alittle bit and the baseline pull with the new wheels was down 18 rwhp!

I read just earlier today that painted 10 spokes are 22lbs, chrome 10 spokes are 23 lbs. I read about the torque thrust IIs but I dont remember it. I think they were about 2-4 lbs heavier.
