If you guy's are talking about Drag Week they are currently heading back to Cordova. The rain is following the event so they are going to Cordova for day three, then mich. and back to cordova. Sorry if you guy's aren't referring to DW.

No we didn't go because the first two days got rained out. We did go on thursday and got a chance to meet the guy's from wheel to wheel. Very nice guy's and I returned to watch on friday as they took the small block power added class. Althought they hurt the motor in mich. on thursday. That green beater was the ultimate sleeper! Nice going guy's and also very nice to meet you! Vince.

People were confusing me with the other Collectors Edition for the 1st 3 days until his tranny broke and he was out.

Drag week rocked!

Went 9.25@148 in Cordova on Wendsday, that was my best for the week. We had traction problems all week that kept the power turned down. We did hit 149 a few times, but never 150!! My average for the week was 9.30@ 148mph.

What did you end up doing for wheel studs?

When I ordered the axles they drilled and tapped them for 1/2 and 11/16 drive studs. The guys just switched it over to the 11/16 stuff after the Milan breakage. We had to modify the wheel a little also.
I bent the shock mounts on Dragweek, not sure how to get this thing hooked up. It kept on wheel hopping if I left hard. It does not pitch rotate fast enough, we will work on that.

I am having similar wheel hop issues if we put any power to it off the line. The boost is on a progressive 4sec delay. These drag radials are violent on drivetrain parts!

Well, the secret is out since it is a HOT ROD feature car this month. Still, I'm sure it will surprise the unknowing from time to time. :devil:

Once in awhile I still get picked on driving home. I was passing a AC cobra on the freeway coming home from work when he decided to teach me a lesson. Lets just say it did not go well for him......
