I have an LS6 intake on a 2000 camaro Z28 it came with it on and the owner before me tapped the EGR back into I want to get rid of it and plug the hole and block it off the exhaust manifold as well just get rid of all of the egr stuff and I was wondering is my car gonna run shitty if I try to drive it afterwards I know a code with show but do I risk any motor damage or any damage at all

As long as you plug the holes, you won't notice a difference.

An E.G.R. sytem will reduce detonation when active. So you need to make sure you don't hear (or log) any detonation under load (especially up hills). If the car is detonating you may have to adjust the timing table down a little.
