2. Ebay header is a "You get what you pay for" deal.

SSAuthchrome has them starting at 329 but if you go to the site he has them selling for $550. It is still a little under qtps and kooks but still is not exactly a cheap header. I think they are doing the ebay deal to get their reputation up and then later jack up the price.
That is what "you get what you pay for means".

Wow, I just realized that my answer didnt have anything to do with the thread. He is talking about pacesetters on ebay vs. from a sponsor and I am talking about the stainless steel headers (ebay headers). My bad
