Hey Bill/Marko/Hiflo/SCTC in here!!
Bill, I still cannot get in touch you or Hiflo, I need to get my parts and it seems like the 4" downpipe is not going to become a reality. So can you send me a down pipe thats 3 or 3.5", I have been waiting and waiting for you guys to come through with your word, but thats not happenning either. So if you guys put your feet in your mouth's when I ordered my parts and now the 4" is just not going to fit, please just send any downpipe bigger than 3" that will fit a gt42. Of course i paid $300 for the 4", I dont have to mention I would like to be refunded. Where are the Vbands, shield, radiator support and elbow?
Oh, who am I kidding... it would be a miracle to get any of these things from you guys.

As you probably saw some other guys mention on the forum I had some issues with the 4" downpipes not having clearance with the AC when the motor was running/torquing on the motor mounts so I opted to give them kits with 3" downpipes reluctantly. In the case of yours i know the whole point of you buying our kit was to run a 4" downpipe and have it over the k-member. because of this I am still doing a 4" downpipe for you and have got one corrected for you. Your headers are done and have been done for a long while now. The downpipe should be back from being coated this week and I will try to get the kit out to you during this short week we have left. No BS this time, as you can see there is no question the hot parts do exist and are ready as you saw Bill Gorman recieved his already. If it werent for the downpipe issues you would have been the first person to recieve parts. Sorry if you've been trying to reach me on the phone, the truth is I have been barely at the office, most of my time has been running back and forth getting this stuff together.
If i were you right now believe me I would probably be more pissed than you are, i probably would have jumped on the highway already and started heading over here. But I really honestly am trying to get your stuff out ASAP and it will still be one of the best products available for your setup. I can assure you the quality will make up for the lack of customer service you experienced.

Previous with heads/cam : 434 rwhp 408 rwtq, 12.0@122 on street tires and stock z06 clutch

WOW, when I called them another Incon a few months before the shiznit really hit the fan, I was slammed by the mods! Nothing against you Chocolate, I just hate being ridiculed for stating a simple fact.
