Good Lifters for a H/C LS1? morel?

good place to spend the extra bucks?
Looking for something to hold a good amount of open spring pressure (PP Gold Duals), about .650 lift.. will be spinning to 6600.

lifters Ive heard that the comp r's can be a PITA if you do not set the preload perfectly. I know a lot of fast cars including myself that are running the comp oe's.

My comp r were set at .015 preload and to get the proper preload we bought copper shimstock and put it under the rocker stand worked great.I also ran 20w50 motor oil that helps on the lifers in the higher rpms
