Question SFI flywheel shield options?

The ATI flywheel shield I bought with my TH350 will not fit in the tunnel without hacking and whacking the sheet metal (which I would like to avoid doing). Is there another option people are using on 4th gens w/TH350's to fit? Searched and came up with -0-. The tech guy at the track mentioned something about a carbon fiber set-up but that just sounds $$$$!

Thanks for any help!

Look up a CSR trans/flexplate shield. It is a carbon fiber shield, I have one as well as others on here.

Here is a great product
I like it as it is of my design and under US PATENT # 5,184,524
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10531
it works great and will also act as a midplate

Is this the one you are talking about? How is the fitment I am interested in installing it, but don't want to cut the tunnel.

That's it! Some grinding is required for the TH400 model, not sure about the TH350 model.
