Default 4L80E plug and wiring harness

On my 4L80E (from a 2003 Chevy cargo van) I have a few plugs on the transmission that that wiring harness plugs into. I believe there are three... There are two on this black plastic piece that is right above the shifter linkage, and a round one a little further back towards the tail housing. I do not remember anything plugging into the round one when was taking it out of the van, and I no longer have the harness. Is that round plug used for anything?

Little help! Anybody know what that round plug on the driver's side rear of the trans is for? I thought there was nothing plugged into it originally... and now that I don't have the harness anymore I can't tell.

Thanks! -Dave

That round plug is the main transmission case connector. This connection is used for all of your solenoids. The other two that you have are the input and output speed sensors.
