Default how does it look?

ok first off, i know the clear coat looks like ***, please no bashing..im pissed enough as it is about it, im rippin the clear off next week and reshooting it....im just focusing on the shaved parts of my car and wanting to get your opinions on those...lemme know what you think!
the best antenna is no antenna!!

berger panel with filled in keyhole..

i call it the !side markers

no more keyhole!

ok, the front, this took over 5 hours of sanding to get right...darn women...hit a few curbs and killed my front bumper...this is what a camaro's grille should look like...

well, i like the new color, but the clear has got to be fixed..i can assure you i was more than pissed but friend was trying to help me out but this time its getting cleared professionally, so once again i ask you just to not mention anything about the clear...oh yea, heres a link to the first stage of prep work, way back when.. https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearance-detailing/566704-week-1-shaven-side-markers-keyholes-front-grille-preppin-paint-56k-no-no.html

The pictures are of bad quality but it looks like you did a good job on the shaving! However, since you shaved the key holes, why didnt you just go the next step and shave the handles too and install poppers?

I like the shaving that was done... Don't quite understand how you are going to just "re-clear it" though... Don't you have to re-paint the whole car? I mean, even if you sand through the clear won't you have to re-paint the color? You'll either have color with sand marks, cleared over or smooth color (from wetsanding) with clear that won't stick to the smooth color...

Anymore pics from further away so we get an overall impression?

Looking good though...

I just a thought... from the way it looks... it looks like you are too close with the clear, or you have too much pressure/air commin through, that would be why the clear looks really dry... just tryin to help nice work though

I can relate...I am going through almost the same thing. Buddy of mine painted my car and there is cludiness in the clear under the hood and trash everywhere. He says it can be wet sanded/buffed out but he barely put 3 coats clear and it looks like @$$. Gonna cut my losses and take it to be done professionally.

Awesome job on the body work, looks great. Where did you paint it at?
