Any help on selecting a cam

Really need help on selecting a cam
I have a 2002 6.0 LQ4 going to put New LS6 heads (243 unported) on it. They have the yellow springs. Probably just going to run fel-pro head gaskets. any reasons not to? LS6 intake and L/T 1 3/4" headers. This is going to be a daily driver. I am debating a smaller cam to keep the springs and a larger cam and just putting in 918's. I really don't want to have to worry about ptv and I want around 425 RWHP. The car will have a 2800-3000 stall A4. 3:73 posi rear .It weighs 3300 lbs with driver.
What cams should I be looking at.
F11 228/230 - .577/.596.
F13 230/232 - 590/585
Any way to ID a "bad batch" cam if I buy a used futral?
Thinking I should be in the 228 to 232 range 561 to 596 lift? 110 to 112 LCA
This engine will never see 7000 rpms.
Any help on this set-up will be greatly appreciated. Brand opinions are fine. Open to read any and all opinions.
Yes I am noob here and been using the search as much as posible when it works.

To make that power, you'll need to step up to duals and run something like TSP Torquer V3 (231/234 on a 111)
This should fit with stock valved heads and the relief pistons in the LQ4.
