I wounder if the N20 is as hard on the shaft as a supercharger wit 18lbs. Im worried about ripping the snout off.

RPM's will kill a crank before just high horsepower. A stock crank swinging H beams and forged pistons with a good balance job and main studs should be good to close to 8000rpm.
