Rubbing sound (sorta) When I turn my wheel to the left it sounds like somethings rubbing. But nothing is. On my old car I would hear the same noise because the wheel bearing was completely shot. I've been told that this is not the problem on my Camaro. It doesn't do it when I turn the wheel to the right. Also if I hit a bump in the road my car shoots to the side. It's coming from the front right side. I was told this is a normal noise but I'm not so sure.

Sounds like a mis-aligned front end to me. Check your tire that makes the fuky sound and I bet either the inner or outer edge will be more worn. Compare it to the other tire. If you see a disparity in wear, its the alignment/tie rod.

The right tire is a little bit more worn than the left, but not that noticable. I had to check a few times and measure. I guess it could still be the same thing but hasn't been happening that long so there's nothing to show.
