I am puting together a SLP 402 shortblock with afr 225 heads, fast 90/90 setup. Car is a 2000 TransAm. Question is do I use the stock coolant crossover that connects to the front and back of both heads as the Valley cover that came with the shortblock was in the way a little and I had to tweak the lines to get them to fit. I've seen a crossover that just goes in the front of the heads from one to the other and each hole in the back plugged. Is this what I have to do and if so where do I get the crossover pipe ? from the dealer ? Also I assume the plugs would come with the pipe ?
Thanks
Ron H. :bang:

I used the LS6 style with two plugs for the rear and the connector up front. This was the same setup as my LS6. Now LS2 with LS2 valley cover.
